[SM-USERS] Loss of stored emails

A few weeks ago I expereinced problems logging on to access my email (2 separate email addresses).  Days later when I managed to enter, I noticed that my historical files were missing.  Are you able to retrieve any of the missing files?  The email addresses referred to are:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
