Squirrelmail works well and is easy to use.  I use SquirrelMail version 1.2.5 as provided by my web host.
BUT a minor problem. I have looked at FAQ and archives but can't find the answer.
Problem:-
I have set up a few users on my website and in only one of the users does the Help file provide its very useful information.
The others all give the error message -

        and so on for the rest of the nine 'Help' items
         
        As I said, the mail works perfectly but my users might like to access Help.
        I looked at 'View Source' and both working and non-working users' Help give link to same source
        viz.<a href="" target="right">Help</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
         
        Help please.
