I think you are confusing what SquirrelMail is.  SquirrelMail is not an
email service.  It is an Email Client used for reading email.  To use
SquirrelMail you must already have an email server setup with IMAP, as
well as a web server to run SquirrelMail.  Please refer to the user
documentation for more details.
