To "partly" answer my own previous question. Now that I had changed the mail_folder_prefix from "mail/" to "" when I went to the "Folders" link I now saw a bunch of folders I can subscribe to, a ton of public folders for example! And well, my deleted items was there, even Calendar etc...I'm going to try subscribing to all my folders and see how it goes.
