[SM-USERS] Address Book and Compose in new window

I have "Compose new messages in a new window" set for all my users. 
When they click on an email listed in their address book it opens a new 
compose window but does not insert the email entry from the address 
book as I think it is supposed to. I have tested this with multiple 
browsers on both Mac and Windows.
