[SM-USERS] Trouble Creating Subfolders?

When we try to create subfolders in Squirrelmail, we click on Folders.  
Under Create Folders section, we type in the name of a new folder and 
try to select as a subfolder of ___________ and the only listed is 
NONE.  Is there something special we need to do for subfolders?  We are 
running version 1.2.11 on Linux box.
