In your Help file, under Options, Index Options, you say say the user can add a category by clicking on the "Add" button, but I can find no add button.
I sometimes want to be able to display my messages according to whether they have been read or not, so that I can easily select the read messages to delete or move them to another folder.
In Netscape, this option is View >> Sort by >> Status [>> Ascending/Descending].
How can I do this in Squirrel Mail?
Also, although the "Date" category is first, I often find several of "today's" messages several pages into the message list (on pg. 10, for example, when all other of "today's" messages are on pg. 1), even with the "unthread view" selected.
How can I make sure that each and every new message is displayed by the arrival date and time without exception?
My ISP's Tech Support is completely useless at answering Squirrel Mail-related questions, so please help!
