[SM-USERS] User's Identities being switched around...

Lately, my users identities (Name, Reply-To, etc.) have

been switching randomly amongst one another.

I am running SM 1.4.1.

Is this a known problem?

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Any thoughts?
