Thanks for the quick reply Keith, but I am still having the same problem.
my aspell executable is located in the /usr/bin/ directory, and it still comes up:
 
I tried to execute '/usr/bin/aspell -a', but it returned:
 
I even tried sending it to the ispell executable in /usr/share/aspell/ but got back
 
I tried to execute '/usr/share/aspell/ispell -a', but it returned:
 
Still having no luck with this, anyone had the same problem?
I've even tried installing Ispell from the web, and it gives me the same error no matter how I do it =(

For us, this was a path problem.
 
Try changing $SQSPELL_APP array value in sqspell_config.php so that it
reflects the fully qualified path for aspell.
