I don't know if someone have the same problem, the ml-archive is unreadable tonight. I have this configuration
Slackware 9.0 (O means original, N newest version) N Djbdns (as cache dns and static dns) N Qmail N Daemontools and all the other tools of Bernstein N Vpopmail N Courier imap N Squirrel Mail O Mysql O Apache O PHP Sometimes the authentification fails on some user. I've tryed to: 1) Recreate 2 user (one with problem, one working) 2) Create a new account for the user with problem But nothing appens. The pop3 server never fails. The problem appears on users with huge maildir, but sometimes on the other too. When a user can't login the other work correctly. Restarting the server will resolve the problem for a ramdom time. In the maillog i retrive a line with the failure notification without the user name. I's anyway to log the error to understand what's wrong in my configuration?
