It sounds like you are needing to ask this question to your email provider, whereas this is a forum for people using and working on the software that the provider has chosen. You should contact them instead, although if I understand your question correctly, there is not much that can be done to solve that problem unless your provider looks into the "Virtual Host Login" plugin.
