I was going to suggest that one, but i've expanded it recently such that
it's not as simple as it used to be... show_ssl plugin is another one that
*used* to be simple.  :>

Really, it'd probably be best to look at something that does something
similar to what you want to do, and ask questions on the mailing list if
something is unclear.  doc/plugin.txt is your best point of reference
otherwise.
