"Notification ID" = an ID that could be used for cancelling the notify action later in a SIEVE script. Since it is not used currently and it seems to confuse people, I've removed it at some point. "Parameters" = the destination that the notification should be sent to -- an email address, an SMS number, an ICQ number, whatever.
