Hi I've recently upgraded from:
RH9, kernel 2.4.20-24.9 PHP 4.3.3 Apache 1.3.28 Squirelmail 1.4.1CVS to Fedora Core Release 1, Kernel 2.4.22-1.2135.nptl PHP 4.3.4 Apache 1.3.29 Squirrelmail 1.4.3CVS In both cases imap is wu imap-2002e. php.ini settings is correct for bigger uploads. Permissions/ownership is correct on the attach directory (730) (even tried 777), and the proper path is configured in squirrelmail. Now I get the "Could not move/copy file. File not attached" when trying to attach files. If I reboot, then sometimes it works for a few minutes, after that I get the same error. Sometimes works with the 1st file I attached, but trying to attach any more files to the same message results in the same error. I've now downgraded to php 4.3.3 again and tried squirrelmail 1.4.1CVS, squirrelmail 1.4.2 (stable) and various of the 1.4.3CVS versions. Still the same effect. I also tried with none of the extra plugins installed/enabled. Browsers tried: Mozilla 1.2.1, Internet Explorer 6SP1. I tried files 40 bytes to +12Meg in size with the same result. Apache Error log gives the following: [Sun Dec 28 20:29:46 2003] [error] PHP Warning: File upload error - unable to create a temporary file in Unknown on line 0 [Sun Dec 28 20:29:46 2003] [error] PHP Notice: Undefined index: attachfile in /www/htdocs/squirrelmail/src/compose.php on line 1274 Apart from this everything else works fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Human Buirski ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
