Check out IMAPcopy:

There's a win32 and linux binary as well as the Pascal sourcecode. Edit
the config file and put in the source and destination servers, user names
and passwords and it copies them over, even does a pretty good job with
differences between IMAP servers. For example, I moved my mailbox from
Mercury/32 to Courier. Courier allows folders to contain both emails and
other folders, Mercury doesn't. Courier has all personal folders as a
subfolder of INBOX, Mercury uses a more traditional flat layout. IMAPcopy
worked flawlessly in spite of these differences.

I'm working on a Squirrelmail plugin that would use IMAPcopy to automate
the server migration progress. I've only done a few hacks to existing
plugins and one plugin which I'm ashamed to show the world but which works
for me. I'm trying to do this one right so hopefully I won't be
embarassed by it. :)
