Hi Linux Geeks,

I had a problem on my mail server running Squirrel
1.4.1 on my RH9 Server running Sendmail-8.12.9 with
imap installed.

The following error occured after I tried to send mail
inside my Squirrel on our Web Server. As follows

Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed
Server replied: 553 5.3.0 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... User
unknown

I already made an alias on my Sendmail /etc/mail/alias
file for the [EMAIL PROTECTED] as follows:

jay: jaymail

where:
jay is the server login account.
jaymail is the valid email account.

then, initiated newaliases command but still having
the problem.

I consider changing my local account user to use the
same account as to its email. When i logon to my
squirrel webmail server, just like the "jaymail" the
new account "jay" can logon successfully without a
problem. However, whenever I try sending mail the same
problem persist.

How can I get through with this error? Any idea will
be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
