If you're talking about moving entire folders or accounts once, not
keeping them in synch.  Then you can use the excellent IMAPCopy utility
for Linux or Win32:

It allows you to specify source user/password/folders and destination
user.  It does a good job of copying between most IMAP servers, even ones
with very different ideas about IMAP.
