SquirrelMail 1.4.0, UWIMAPD, PHP 4.3.4. (IMAP4rev1 2002.325-cpanel) I also have two revised files sent to me by Erin Schnabel to correct bugs in 1.4.0: folders.php and imap_mailbox.php.
In Options | Folders under "Folder Selection Options", there is a choice of three settings for folder indenting, etc. However, no matter which one I choose there is no change in my folder rendering.
