Hi,

Actually, the "login.php" file exists in every SM directory, you can
simply change your URL to

http://www.mydomain.org/squirrelmail-1.4.2

providing that you had setup .php file as default document, you can even rename your 
directory to anything you like:

http://www.mydomain.org/webmail

This is the one I setup for my own SM copy.
