I just tried a simple installation of v1.5 SquirrelMail (we have been using v1.4.2). I have discovered that the initial inbox display for an IMAP folder with about 1100 messages is several times longer in v1.5. In v1.4.2 it only takes a couple of seconds to display the first 15 messages, and in v1.5 it takes more than 30 seconds.
In v1.4.2 with our EIMS server, we resolved this problem (and an incompatibility problem) by setting "Enable UID Support" to FALSE in the Squirremail config.
I don't see a UID setting in v1.5.
Anything else I can do to speed this up?
