The two have nothing to do with one another.
Look at the various mail forwarding plugins.

vlogin has nothing to do with your user (or virtual) accounts.
There are other forwarding and autoresponder plugins, for instance, those
that can use a MySQL backend (which is very typical for virtual hosting
environments, but then again, you give no information about your system,
so I have no idea what would work for you)
