Hi, I forgot to mention that I added the patch too: patch -p0 < patches/squirrelmail-1.4.2-emoticons.diff and I got this output:
patching file ../../src/compose.php Hunk #1 succeeded at 1015 (offset 5 lines). And I clicked on the "Use Emoticons" radio button under Options>Display Preferences. I installed the compatibility plugin and the html_mail plugin. I copied the config.php.sample to config.php and edited it so that the $allowEmoticons = 1; and I have added it under #8 in conf.pl ... but still no icons. Thanks in advance for any input on this...
