SquirrelMail support "Append Signature before Reply/Forward Text" options only in 1.5.0 and 1.4.3cvs. Option works only when automatic signature thing is enabled. Default options can be set by adding them into default_pref file (http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/DefaultPreferences) or by using Forced_Prefs plugin. Outlook Express supports: a) windows address book format (.wab) b) ldap based address books SquirrelMail provides plugins that allow CSV import/export and LDIF import. Outlook Express provides .wab import function and CSV import function that fails to import other cvs formats.
