Squirrelmail does this by default in the headers. The first Recieved line
looks like this:
Received: from x.x.x.x
(SquirrelMail authenticated user joe_user)
by www.your-site.com with HTTP;
Mon, 15 Mar 2004 13:33:53 -0500 (EST)
If you're looking to do this in the message body as a footer than it may
be possible to use the email_footer plugin and just use the PHP
$_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"] variable in there.
