and i got error. i m attaching that file and config.php

AGAIN, as I said in my previous mail. I have NO IDEA how your email system stores passwords. YOU have to figure it out yourself or ask the person who installed your mail system. Figure out what kind of password encryption is used in your user database and make the corresponding setting in this plugin. Or just test each one of these settings until you get it to work.
AGAIN, I cannot help you with the information you have given (not to mention "i got error" is completely useless).
