Hmm, yep, it's set to 1440 seconds which translates into 24 minutes which sounds about right. Thanks for that tip. As for the user timeout plugin, we do have that installed with a 15 minute default and we allow users to individually change it or disable it. At first I thought that might even be the problem, but I think you hit it on the head.
