Hello - I am trying to delete an email I received with several JPG attachments, and I receive the following message:
ERROR : Could not complete request. Query: COPY 719 "INBOX.Trash" Reason Given: [ALERT] COPY failed - no write permission or out of disk space. I have deleted a few hundred messages from my "sent" folder, and purged the "trash" folder several times, in order to free up disk space. I should not be out of disk space anymore. I have also closed and restarted my browser. I can't provide most of the "details" requested in the "posting guidelines" because I have no idea what they are. I do not understand 90% of the technical language I have encountered while attempting to find help or to read the FAQs. I will tell you that I am using Windows 98, MS Explorer 6.0, and I believe my "SquirrelMail version" is 1.4.1. I am just a simple e-mail-using housewife and I do not know what is meant by IMAP Server, PHP, Web server, Platform, or Plugins, nor do I know how my software was installed.
