How do I configure squirrelmail to look under
data/<server1>, data/<server2>, etc.

Please don't remove all context from your email. I am having to remember what your email was about -- it would be a lot easier if you saved a little context.


P.S. With config.pl I just saw the possibility to set one data directory. And no way to connect it to a particular server.

You said you were using multiple IMAP servers -- well, default SquirrelMail only allows one IMAP server, so how are you using multiple servers? Either the multilogin or vlogin plugins, right? If so, both plugins will allow you to set data directories in their config files. Please refer to their README and config.php files.
