Can this spam assassin plugin be made to either:
Which one?
a) Delete spam automatically.
This is usually an administrative setting, and IIRC, one of the SA plugins might allow you to access administrative settings, however, I wouldn't recommend that you manage such a setting that way. Instead, this should be done with filtering software such as procmail or maildrop or using the SquirrelMail filters plugin (slow; last choice).
Finally, PLEASE be aware that this is typically a big NO-NO. No anti-spam software is perfect, and there will always be false-positives. If you will be deleting messages marked as spam, it would be best to let your users make that decision for themselves (armed with all the reasons that they should not be doing it).
b) Move spam to a "spam folder" automatically.
Same as above; this is a filtering need and doesn't have much to do with SA.
c) Allow users to flag "SPAM" so it gets rejected the next time around.
Rejected by the SMTP server?? SA doesn't interact with an SMTP server in that way, although you could install it at the MTA level and possibly do something along those lines. Aside from RBL filtering by your SMTP server, it's probably not a good idea to start rejecting spam-tagged email delivery out of hand (for some of the same reasons described above), especially at the MTA level. Or do I misunderstand you?
