I believe I am having several problems related to IE6.
Several Machines on 6(w98) and 2(XP) with i.e.6 are:
a) Hanging unless switched from HTML composition to
Plain Text.
b) Hanging when bringing up new composition window
and trying to send. This happends on short and long
emails.
c) Some users have active desktop = On some do not.
d) when plain text is on, forwarded or reply mails
composed in HTML show all html programming to
receipients even if receipients choose view_html=on.
According the sm userfaq<snip ->below> I may
experience problems with ie6.0 and can correct them by
not using:
mlang.dll or
editing functions/i18n.php.
I've tried removing mlang.dll on the some of the
suspect machines, but then IE will not run at all and
causes general windows errors.
What exactly to I edit in functions/i18n.php? To
correct the problem?
Thanks,

* Internet Explorer 6 (Windows 9x/ME) and IE6sp1
o Status: Don't work with ISO-8859-13 (lt_LT
locale)
o Issues: IE6 doesn't like 'Content-Type:
text/html; charset="iso-8859-13"' headers. Shows white
page instead of page contents. IE6 bug. Solution -
don't use mlang.dll that comes with IE6 or fix
functions/i18n.php.
o There may be problems if you create emails
in a new window. You can get "You must be logged"
window. Something wrong with session cookies.
o Tested: on 2002-06-07 by Tomas Kuliavas
