I recently reconfigured my server hard disk, moving from internal to a RAID
system. When doing this I had to reinstall/setup all services and programs
on my old HD. Naturally I had to reinstall SquirrelMail. I had no problems
reinstall and configing, all I did is copy my squirrelmail folder from my
old HD to my new RAID. Changed my permissions a little on the data and
attachment folder and I was up and running. I did have to move my mail
store. /var/spool/imap is where my mail store was, I did a 'ditto' to
preserver my prefs to my new RAID and all seemed to work. But when I log
in, I have none of my prefs, old messages. I does work, but it doesn't
recognize any of my old message, send or stored in my inbox. And they are
still there, if I go to my mail store go under a users folder, I can see
the numbers 11, 12, 13 and so on, I check them, and they are the messages.
Does anyone have any ideas why these messages/prefs don't show up anymore.
Did I do something wrong, I thought I had it...any help would be great
Thanks
