When attempting to send email one of my users received
an error (2x today):
on the top of the compose window:
ERROR
Authentication Failed
Server Replied: 535 Error: authentication failed.

I am using Timeout and user has compose set to "open
new window". Timeout is set to 6 hours and it
unlikely that the user was timed out twice in a 5 hour
period.
Any ideas on what caused this?
