Hi everybody, first my setup: apache 2.0.50 php 4.3.8 squirrelmail 1.4.3a on linux.
I have a little problem with the session management which is reproducable. I am not quite sure whether this is a squirrelmail problem or a question of phping. A similar problem has been brought up by someone else last December but there didn't seem to be a solution so far. Ok, let's go in medias res. When I use mozilla to access squirrelmail or firefox and allow cookies for the session only, I can log in once, everything is ok. But after I log out and login again the session in /tmp will be named sess_deleted. Every user that logs in from now on will overwrite the session with its own data. Identities geht mixed up. The session will get destroyed as soon as the first 'sess_deleted' user logs out. As long as there is no solution I will go for a workaround like touching a sess_deleted and making it readonly. Maybe someone has an idea ? Thanks Stephan ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by BEA Weblogic Workshop FREE Java Enterprise J2EE developer tools!
