The description of the bug:
When I go to NewMail Options, it seems like the CSS file is not loading
up. The visual style that I have set for my squirrel mail, seems to go
away only in the main frame, and is replaced by the standard IE Times New
Roman 10pt setup.
I can reproduce the bug by:
Clicking on Options:NewMail Options
(Optional) I got bored and found the bug occurs in:

(Optional) I got really bored and here's a fix:
I will have a look at the code and see if I can suggest something...
I suspect it might just be a path problem to the CSS file, but don't
know too much about the specifics...
not a showstopper tho.
