[SM-USERS] very upset and angry that my mail has been destroyed

i am not paying for an internet service provider to destroy email i have every right to receive and read in it's entirety. the destruction of my mail is totally unacceptable. it was becauser i thought i could save them in their entirety until i could download the pictures to my computer. you have cheated me out of hours of emailing time and pictures i had every right to save. if you cannot correct the problem then i want the names of 3 internet providers or email programs that do not destroy their customers mail. first they were picked up as spam and stripped of the attachemnts. yes i am very hot and angry that you illegally destroyed my mail by tampering with it. it is to bad i can't take the case to court because i certainly would do so. i understand the concern for viruses. why not connect an antivirus program to the server to check mail as it comes to it before being forwarded on. i am a disabled woman and my computer should bring me hours of joy but it has been nothing but one problem after another. you are the fourth or fifth company i have had to fight with in the last three years over computer related issues. please correct this problem or lose my business. sincerely cheryl shelton
