The lockout plugin is probably not what this person wants, but even if so, there is no need to use it with vlogin. I think this poster should instead use the settings in vlogin that strip the domain info from any username logins and re-add the URL domain back to the username, thus forcing users to log in at their domain -- no need to define a list of "banned users"
I was not aware of that option in vlogin. That would do the trick.
Could you have it so that, instead of a rejection, it would actually redirect you to the correct page and log you in there?
Not thru vlogin.
