I wanted to ask a question concerning my config and wasn't sure where the best place to ask was (I seem to have raised an issue in the tracking system).

I was getting this error:

So I have followed the advice in the wiki and hardcoded the ip addresses of our mail server, which got the problem solved.
However I wondered if there were any security issues around doing this.
No. Setting the IP or the domain name makes little difference, especially regarding security.
