Hi Jonathan,
I'm using courier-imap. I just followed the Upgrading instructions that you guys specified.
Initially I didn't erase my old config.php, but did run config.pl during the upgrade.
Later when trying to troubleshoot another problem I renamed my config.php and reran config.pl from scratch, but still am suffering from the duplicate folders.
So I'm still having this same problem, along with the other issue I posted about regarding the deletion of mail resulting in some of the deleted mails still showing up until I refersh my browser.

You don't say what IMAP server you're using, or how you did the upgrade, or if you copied the config from the old version to the new version etc etc. To start with, try making a backup of the config/config.php file in the new install, and copying the old one over the top of the new one. If that works, then you probably missed a configuration option somewhere. Otherwise post back with more information please.
