Hello Everybody
We are facing problem while accessing the sub-folders.
1. The enviornment
Webmail,Postfix : Squirrel Mail 1.4.3a,Postfix on two separate machines
IMAP server : CYRUS on two separate machines
LDAP server for authentication on two separate machines
OS : Linux redhat ES
Webmail servers running Squirrel Mail on a DNS round robin
We are able to create subfolders under INBOX,
eg. glraj under INBOX
But whenever we try to access INBOX.glraj it gives error as shown below,
ERROR:
ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query: COPY 612 "INBOX.glraj"
Reason Given: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist
But sometimes INBOX.glraj is accessing .It is intermittent problem.
I saw in the Cyrus box logs it gives SQUAT error.
Is there any config issues in squirrel mail
