AIUI, this is a SQM IMAP namespace problem. SQM used to work with older
Courier IMAP versions, f. ex., but since, f. ex., Courier IMAP raised
its IMAP spec. compliance, SQM stopped displaying shared folders.

The last I heard, this has very low priority on the SQM developers' TODO
list, which is one of the reasons that my sites regard SQM as a
last-resort fallback for regular IMAP clients, such as Thunderbird and
Evo.

I suspect that giving your software versions might help you get more
answers in future.
