How to give users quota in squirrelmail

I am using postfix ,courier-imap,mysql ,with squirrelmail

This is not a SquirrelMail thing. You need to understand how quotas work with your IMAP server. If you are delivering to local accounts, you can use *nix quotas, but Courier also offers IMAP-based quotas, which are usually used in combination with the Courier-Maildrop LDA. Either way you implement it, there is a plugin to put a face on the quota information in SquirrelMail, but that's the easy part.

Good luck.
