I just got a new mailbox on the same server as the old one, and i found out how to copy my prefs. to the new mailbox, but how do i move my messages and folders to my new mailbox?
Who knows. You give zero information about where each "mailbox" (mailbox or maildir?) is located (same machine? different location?...) and no information about the details of how these mailboxes are structured, for what IMAP server they are, etc. Tony's reply is a good start, but you need to include lots of details if you want more help. You should also think seriously about asking this question somewhere else (the forum for your IMAP server), because this is a question that is entirely unrelated to SquirrelMail.
