The Filters plugin is part of the squirrelmail core as of version 1.2
but your administrator may not have enabled it due to performance
problems IFF the spam filtering part is enabled. If that part is left
disabled and just the message rules part used then there should be no
problems. I'm using it on a server with several thousand active users
(with hundreds concurrent) with no problems. They will, of course, have
to make that decision based on their userbase and their expected usage.
