We are using:

RedHat 9 Linux with all updates to today's date
     Squirrelmail 1.4.3

We are trying to increase the upload attachment file
size in Squirrelmail from the default of 2MB to 5MB.
My research shows that the following parameters
are to be changed in php.ini:

     upload_max_filesize
     post_max_size
     memory_limit

and "LimitRequestBody" in php.conf.

One post stated that the first three should be set
to the same value. Another post insisted that
the following settings should be used:

upload_max_filesize 5M
post_max_size 10M
memory_limit 10M

Yet another post said to set "LimitRequestBody"
to "5242880".

We have tried a number of combinations of values
for all of these parameters with no success. We can
attach files up to 2MB but not beyond. On my Firefox
browser, I get a popdown message that the file (being
attached) has no data and the file is not attached. On
IE, I receive a similar message. BTW, our Squirrelmail
compose page currently says that the maximum attach-
ment size allowed is 15MB (the last settings we tried).

Is it possible that we are also missing some other
parameter that nned to be set?

Can someone give us specific values for the above
parameters and any other parameters that we may
not know about that work?

Thanks in advance for your help.
