I set 'use empty folder prefix' in Folder > Options. Same thing happened. Also lost all the INBOX. folders. Create one more squirrelmail install on webserver. Download squirrelmail package from links on squirrelmail site. Don't copy old config to new install. When you configure squirrelmail, use only D configuration command. Don't modify delimiter and folder prefix options manually. Leave settings that are set by conf.pl Create test account on webserver Login into that account with new squirrelmail install. If you modify folder prefix option on existing squirrelmail + uw install, your users will lose their folder subscriptions unless you fix their subscription files and layout of files/directories in users' home dirs. If you are not sure about changes that you make in squirrelmail - use test install first.
