Lotus Notes/Domino. It's kind of useful when you have a quota, and don't
want to keep several MBs of junk included in an e-mail, but need to keep
the important part.

The work around would be to forward the e-mail to yourself and removing
unwanted stuff before sending it, but then you're the sender and not the
original person.
