[snip] FYI... I got this ressponse from the dovecot people (Timo Sirainen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>)... --- They changed default config file. It used to have mbox_locks = fcntl, the new one has also dotlock. Either remove the dotlock or add mail_extra_groups=mail and a reference to a specific fix: http://wiki.dovecot.org/VarMailDotLock --- This is bound to mean something to somebody... but I don't know what config file they're talking about... i.e. where does the dovecot config file live? And how do I determine who owns what directory?
