Hello All,
We've been using SquirrelMail at work for a couple of years now with no issues. A couple of weeks ago I started getting complaints about weird warning messages showing up in the left hand mailbox list or on the right above the message list.
For example:
Warning: Empty substring in /Library/WebServer/Documents/webmail/functions/imap_mailbox.php on line 404
That one appears seven or eight times when one user logged in this morning. Occasionally the warnings come from imap_general.php, like these:
Warning: REG_BADPAT in /Library/WebServer/Documents/webmail/functions/imap_general.php on line 687
Everything seems to work okay - there are simply ominous error messages in the way. I haven't found any similar complaints on the web. I installed a fresh version of SquirrelMail 1.4.4 this morning and the same problems occur. I did not delete the data or attachments directory, nor anyone's mail, but all other SquirrelMail files are fresh.
Does anyone have any idea where these warnings might be coming from?
The server is running OS X 10.2.8 with UW IMAP, PHP 4.1.2 and SquirrelMail 1.4.4
