Not at all.  Find out where you stored your prefs/address book before, and
point the new install to that location ($data_dir in config/config.php). 
If you put it somewhere like /var/squirrelmail for example, update your
new config/config.php to use that location.  If you simply used ../data/
as it is by default, then go into that directory on your old install, and
copy all the files into the new data/ directory.  As a note, I think this
is all detailed in the UPGRADE file.
