Please include the lists in replies, people might find the information
useful.

Try checking /var/log/messages, and /var/log/maillog.  I'm guessing you
have selinux enabled on your FC3 machine, and it is refusing access to the
sendmail binary.  You could try setting SquirrelMail to use SMTP instead
of Sendmail (run the config tool config/conf.pl, and go to server
settings).
